These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by GJ The Luxury (“we,” “our,” “us”) for events and bookings, including but not limited to synchronized fireworks displays, pyrotechnics, and other luxury services. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation:

Upon confirming the booking, both the Client and GJ The Luxury will agree on the event details, such as date, time, location, and specific service requirements. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.

2. Artist’s Right to Cancel:

At the time of artist booking, the Artist can come and cancel the booking if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as adverse weather conditions, health issues, or other emergencies that prevent performance. If the Artist cancels, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer the possibility of rescheduling or issuing a refund, subject to the terms of the booking.

3. Client’s Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue information and special requests. The Client must also ensure that the venue is accessible and meets all safety and regulatory requirements for the event.

4. Cancellation by Client:

The Client may cancel the booking according to the following terms:

  • More than 30 Days Before the Event: Full refund minus any non-refundable costs.
  • Within 15-30 Days of the Event: Deposit forfeited; partial refund may apply.
  • Within 14 Days of the Event: No refund will be provided.

5. Liability:

GJ The Luxury and the Artist will not be held liable for damages or injuries arising from the event, except in cases of gross negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify GJ The Luxury and the Artist from any claims resulting from the event.

6. Force Majeure:

Neither party will be liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

By confirming the booking, the Client acknowledges these Terms & Conditions and agrees to proceed with the event under the outlined provisions.
